01 · Aircraft Installations & Upgrades
Glass Cockpit Conversion
A legacy jet arrived with an original analog panel that was becoming steadily harder to support. The instrument set was removed, an integrated display suite installed and interfaced to the systems that stayed on the aircraft, and the harnesses rebuilt to suit the new configuration. System verification and final inspection completed before release.
Result
Legacy analog panel replaced with an integrated display suite, tested and returned to service.

02 · Wire Harness Repair & Manufacturing
Avionics Harness Remanufacture
The original main avionics harness was no longer available and the installed assembly had deteriorated past repair. A complete replacement was manufactured to drawing with correct wire, connectors and terminations, labelled throughout, and continuity and function verified on the bench before it went near the aircraft.
Result
Main avionics harness remanufactured to drawing, labelled and bench-verified before installation.

03 · Testing & Certification
Fleet Pitot-Static & Transponder Certification
Rather than cycling each aircraft through a shop, testing was carried out on site across the fleet on a coordinated schedule. Pitot-static and transponder testing was completed against calibrated references, discrepancies investigated as they were found, and results documented for each aircraft's records.
Result
On-site testing completed across a multi-aircraft fleet without moving any airframe.

04 · AOG Support
International AOG Recovery
An operator reported an aircraft grounded away from base. Triage established the likely fault and the realistic options within the first hours, an exchange unit was identified as the fastest credible route back to service, and field support completed the change and functional verification on the aircraft.
Result
Grounded aircraft diagnosed and restored to service through expedited field support.

05 · Legacy Avionics Support
Obsolete Flight Control Computer Repair
A flight control computer no longer supported by its manufacturer had failed, and the operator had been told the only option was a full system replacement. The unit was assessed, a repair approach defined and substantiated by test, and the computer returned to service — keeping a serviceable aircraft serviceable and leaving time to plan an upgrade properly.
Result
Out-of-production computer repaired and requalified instead of forcing a system replacement.

06 · Aircraft Installations & Upgrades
Aircraft System Installation
New equipment was installed and integrated with the aircraft's existing systems, with harnesses built and routed to suit. Functional and system-level testing was completed and documented, followed by final inspection before the aircraft was returned to the operator.
Result
New system installed, integrated and inspected with full functional verification.
